Keynote speakers at the CCPPP Annual Conference are at the forefront of thought leadership. Luis Alberto Moreno, President, Inter-American Development Bank joined us last year to offer his insights on the emerging P3 opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean. Tom Ridge, former Governor of Pennsylvania and the first US Secretary of Homeland Security, shed a light on the very real threat of cyber-attacks. Our sessions are always interactive discussions, targeting everything from the prospects of the pipeline to the reality of risks. It is advanced content intended to help delegates think ‘big and beyond’ about the challenges and opportunities facing the P3 industry.
