P3 2017 Student Sponsorship Program

The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships will be awarding up to 12 talented post-secondary students from across Canada the opportunity to attend its 25th Annual National Conference on Public-Private Partnerships. The student sponsorship award is valued up to $3,000, and covers students’ travel, accommodation, and conference registration costs.

Student delegates will have direct access to their P3-sector sponsor, participate in a pre-conference orientation session, and attend stimulating keynote speeches and panel discussions on the emerging topics in the field of P3’s from prestigious leaders from Canada and around the world. Students will be asked to assist in conference related tasks including social media outreach and other small tasks as required.

Graduate students and upper-year college and undergraduate university students from across Canada who are studying in a relevant field (e.g. finance, engineering, business, law, public administration, political science, economics, planning, and construction management) are eligible to apply. While CCPPP will strive to ensure a broad range of participation, students will be evaluated based on the quality of their application.

The 2017 application process is now closed. If you have any inquiries about the Student Program, please contact Margaret Campbell, Policy and Research Advisor, The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships at mcampbell@pppcouncil.ca.
